Didn’t find any pictures of myself at Blanding on the PBJunkie website, but I did find a picture of Dad.  I hope the producer doesn’t get in trouble for that yellow paint.  They ran out of the gray paint the Florida National Guard requires to be used at the facility so paint stains are not as noticeable on the structures even though the producers are also required to hose the whole place down right after the game.

I am not sure they made their 500 player cap on this game, but there was still alot of players that came down with the LCParmy (low country paintball from Georgia) to play at the MOUT site at Camp Blanding this weekend.

It was an intense game as always but tempers rarely flared and it was a well-run game.

Found today Palin’s real quote when she finally canceled the bridge to nowhere project.

Palin (Sept. 2007): Despite the work of our congressional delegation, we are about $329 million short of full funding for the bridge project, and it’s clear that Congress has little interest in spending any more money on a bridge between Ketchikan and Gravina Island. Much of the public’s attitude toward Alaska bridges is based on inaccurate portrayals of the projects here. But we need to focus on what we can do, rather than fight over what has happened.

I just got the first review of my “What is Scenario Paintball” DVD from the warpig site.  Hopefully it will help open up the door to more orders.

I had entered a photo into the Springs Festival Photo Contest and went to the Springs Festival today at Silver River State Park to see if I placed.

Not to be a poor winner, but the competition was pretty lite.  Some blurred photos, bad blow-ups, and even a video still, there was one better then mine but luckily they gave her the best of show ribbon for her wildlife photo as she had already placed in the other categories.

This was the smallest Fall 24 hour game in the six years that I have been going to Wayne’s World of Paintball.  A hundred players. Maybe.  Gas spiking another dollar overnight didn’t help.  We have GOT to get Obama into the White House so that we can start to undo the damage to this country: financially, strategically, and morally.

I had a flu bug and was really pushing myself to film this one.  I had Dad carry my stuff and follow me in case I just dropped out.  Surprisedly Monday I was feeling pretty good.  Wayne offered to pay me to do the magazine write-up for this game and I am still trying to figure out what to write.
